Make the HTFB like a house and if you are already engaged in combat you cannot cross the barrier. If you engage in combat while in the HTFB you get ejected like you would in a house.If you are in combat and someone drops a HTFB over your head (ouch) while you are in combat, you get ejected. If the camp is dropped over the aggroed creatures head while the creature is in combat, the creature is ejected. If an NPC attacks you, you get ejected and tossed into combat (shouldn't be trying to place a HTFB next to some mad as hell meatlumps anyways). If you are overt and an opposing faction attacks you, you are ejected.

But to make things fun, dueling is allowed but you cannot leave the barrier until the duel is over. Imagine sneaking into a group of Enraged Rancors and silently dropping the HTFB in the center of them and holding massive duel matches. Rancors are all mad cuz they can't do anything but watch.
