Been reading about the RIN chat channel for Rangers but dont know to to tune into it. Any help?

/chatroom join rin

That should create a new RIN tab for you and you can just switch over there to listen/talk.

If you want to add it to a different tab, right click on the tab you want to add it to and select modify tab. Then find RIN in the left box, select it, and click the right arrow. Then you can use /rin <text> to talk in it.

Silly question, does the single RIN channel work for all servers? Or is it one-RIN-per-server? I thought it was the latter but now I'm unsure.

It's per server. btw, once you join it you should not have to rejoin on a new login any more. It's also possible that your server won't have one, so you may have to create it first. Right-click on your tabs area will give you that option. Make sure you are in your galaxies global area, don't create one under someone elses chatroom.

You can add the channel to spatial on right-click as well, once you join and use /rin to talk from there on it.

I just used it the other day. I've tried before and gotten nothing. utter slince. but this time I got connected toour ownblue glowie Calc! woohoo!

My conversation consisted of. wow, a person is on here. and it's calc....
