I've never heard of an AoE trap that does the wire mesh effect. Someone might be jerking your chain. The only AoE's we have are kinda silly. Since new/better AoE traps have been one of the issues Rangers have been asking about since the golden days of N'Rass, I highly doubt that such a wonderful trap as the one you're talking about could slip under the respective noses of three very intelligent Ranger correspondants. But as Calc said-- any information that you uncover would be greatly appreciated by the community. So I have to ask where you heard about this, if the information is reliable and what you were told. The more info we have, the easier it would befor Owen or Calc or anybody else to track down. But, like I said, you may have been the victim of disinformation, or perhaps the person was simply mistaken.
