* Allowed survey/sampling while on mounts
if they can do it for survey, they should be able to do it for aretrack aswell.
Anyone got some info on this?

i haven't heard anything about it. but i already track mounted. just open up a ton of the areatrack windows hop on your mount and go. the only thing that you have to do is stop..... although that is the difference between areatrack and survey now. they can already survey while they are moving.......

I'd much rather be able to mask scent and camo while mounted. If I see girls applying lipstick as they drive down the 401 at 120 kph, I think I could rub some animal carcass over my face while moving at 10kph in-game.

Another Suggestion, is also being able to do combat specials while mounted on a creature, and also. I would really enjoy it if i could be mounted on my pet, plus have my harvest droid out. That way, i could kill, harvest command. and move on..

I wouldn't mind killing more whilst mounted, but they'd probably just give that CH's. Having a harvesting droid out would go straight to the DE's. That's just the way it works in this game.

I've set up a macro to do this and also track. You just need to target your mount before you run it and be sure you're stopped:
- /dismount
- /pause .5
- /maskscent (or /conceal or /areatrack)
- /pause .5
- /mount
You may need to adjust the pause intervals to suit your "lagness". Sometimes your forward momentum will carry you forward after you dismount and you'll need to remount normally. As long as you full stop you should be ok though. If you use this to track, you'll be back on your mount automatically when the tracking dialog comes up and you can track from there.
Saves a bit of time fiddling with the radial menu.

Well I lived in Upstate N.Y. for a bit. Since we're close to the Candadian border, people used to say I was from South Canada. Does that count? I'll say Aboot if it helps!
