So, this afternoon I packed my little travelling rucksack, got some snacks for Tiny and we set out from Chez Ke'n to visit the damper parts of Tatooine.

Heading a couple of clicks west of home we stopped by the Imperial Oasis. It was still dark when we arrived there, bit it gave me time to make a short detour out to the Jawa Mountian Fortress nearby to pick up some droid restraining bolts and a new blanket for Tiny.

From there we rode back to Mos Espa and caught the early shuttle out to near the Krayt Graveyard. Picking our way slowly and carefully into the hills we arrived at the NE Oasis in time for a quick breakfast.

Off to Mos Eisley and into the Southern Reaches, east of Huff's place, a little fishing in the muddy waters of the Southern Oasis before hitching a ride back north to the very eastern reaches of the Mesric plateau where I remebered finding the Eastern Oasis deep in a crater.

I know there are more bodies of water on Tatooine, I'm sure there are. I mean, out to the west, there must be... maybe one day I'll find them before they too are swamped by housing and factories.

I only know where TWO of these are, now I have to wander all over Tatooine to find the other two. There are 2 spots on the hillside overlooking the crater that will take a Tatooine small or a Generic Medium house. I have a Tattoine small up there right now as my Ranger's Retreat. Haven't tried fishing in the crater yet. I have been to the Imperial wateringhole before, a friend pointed it out when I showed him the crater. The other two I cannot find so far

Naa. Just look really close at your map. The oasis are marked by a faint purple spot. Hard to find some times

Its imperial because they have set up a facility on top of the town. I like the chairs and tables by the beach, looks like a great little place...

The Imperial Oasis is in the NW part of Tat, a couple kilometers west of Espa.

I've seen those too, spend a lot of time on Tat, or used to anyway. And don't forget the lake under the Tusken fortress, I think it's even a POI.

I like the picture of the eastern oasis, esp. the camp in the water with the scout fishing for survival xp. Old school...

Classicstory, Ken. I as well am convinced there is a western oasis somewhere, though I haven't found it. And if there is one, it's probabaly filled with the 3 or 4 houses possible anyway.
