Thread: So, any suggestions on Scratch?

I vowed to finish all of the Trandoshan Hunting Rifle quest up until that part before I logged off (this morning 
.) I tried to kill scratch last night, but I could not do so without being stalked by the nearby Mystingars. I tried using burstrun, but that did not work. That area is too small to be able to avoid their stalking, and the only way I could drag him into some Chiss is if he used an area attack against me before the Chiss popped !'s over their heads at me.

I may ask my guildies to help. I know Iseult offered to help me, but I think it would take a few more of us to be safe down there. Maybe I could help them get to the same part so we can all get credit, but I'm not sure if they even want the Rifle hehe. Nice minimum damage, awesome look.
Any suggestions on how to go about doing him in?

best thing i found is mask scent to get by the others, and theres a place behind him where 2 spawn and walk away, thats seems to be the best way but you can't kite him from there, but i'm a swordsman so kiting wasn't an option. Oh yea best to bring a healer type as he uses states.

What lvl are you? I had a T-21 (A real honey 90 sac 1068 dam) got him rather quickly. sniper,snare,headshot. He was in the bag after a few more headshots. bring a CM if ya need to heal ya maybe. Good luck.

I already took him, with several guildies in tow hehe. I couldn't do it myself. I already ADK'd the Trando Rifle. Uber stuff!

anyone also have the problem warping down through the trees down to the ground?

There is a bug on the ryatt trail were you can fall from one level to another lower level.

To answer your question, that is the only way I made it through the Webweaver path. I kept almost getting to the crazed wookies before I was warped to a bare floor, and I also noticed other NPCs and creatures stuck down there with me. I just used my map to find the last peak of land which the bridges go between, and I ran up through the bottom of the bridge which joined into it. You will need terrain negotiation to do it quickly
