Yep, you know how, even at Master, we can be outharvested by a scout with the right combat stacks? Well, get ready for the first of the new "ubertemplates":
Fencer, Jedi Force Defense
TKA, Jedi Force Defense
Thats right folks, the devs have completly abandoned all other professions bar Jedi. The word from FanFest is that any Jedi below Knight level will be able to drop their normal professions as they advance, meaning that the Stackers are only going to take about a week to come up with a combination that completly wipes out anything else in PvP or PvE. Oh, and the devs want this, its not that they just couldnt make Padawan powerful in itself because of time constraints, they want hybrid Jedi ingame.
Seriously, Ive got two options now, either sell up, destroy my house, and go live in total isolation from any other player(because after the Jedi revamp, anyone whos not Force Sensitive will be a Hybrid Jedi), or I can quit this craptastic game and play KotOR until something else comes out
I REALLY like SWG as a game, but honestly, why cant the devs just pull their heads from their behinds and realise that all the other profession in SWG are just as deserving as Jedi?

Did you see the quote from the jedi correspondent? He said that he heard at the fanfest that high level jedi will be able to kill *50* elite combat prof players at once. "Council members are expected to "cut swaths" through crowds of people, and killing 50 players is the expected power level"
I really hope this doesn't come about, or there will be nobody left to play for the jedi jerks to kill.

YOU PEOPLE ARE IDIOTS!
There will be Jedi Overlords that can kill 50 players alone.
There will be TWO of them
With the new Jedi system, you will have x ammount of teirs of Jedi, with Y ammount of Jedi per tier
There will be 1 Dark Overlord and 1 Light equivilant, both are downright Uber.
There will be a few more of the 2nd tier, a few more then that for the 3rd tierd, and so on, till you get to Jedi Knight.
Jedi Knight will be unlimited in number, but not that strong.
Oh, and that TKA that has extra Jedi Defense? Yea, he gets a whole extra +10 to melee/ranged defense. WOOP DE FRIGGEN DO
Calm down and actually open your eyes before screaming nerf of something that isnt even in the game yet you tard monkey.

Ok, let me try to put this simply..
1)NO person will be able to have REGULAR defense and JEDI defense.
It requires MILLIONS and MILLIONS of Jedi (combat) xp to get the defense Box
2) you CAN NOT grind Jedi xp without taking skill boxes in LS, Force powers or force Healing.
Therefore as you get those boxes to gain xp, YOU WILL HAVE TO GIVE UP YOUR OTHER Defense(Tk/fencer etc)
3)You will NEVER see a Tkm/fencer/Jedi defense for the above reasons.
Most players at the Jedi Knight level SHOULD be able to handle 3 PvPers at once.
There are alot of good pvpers (Like me and MANY others) WHO CAN DO THIS NOW
(with our rifleman/fencer templates)!
How could one get mad that a Jedi Knight that cost Millions more xp than all the professions combined be as good as that ?
And ONLY the Council Leaders will be as devestating in PvP to take 20+ players on.
Please check into ALL available info before you make a hideous post such as this on a public forum.

One rather bitter post from the TC forum quoted out one guy as saying that with the current xp gain for jedi playing at 6 hours a day every day for 6 and a half years you will finally get that Jedi Knight.. lol. So, sure.. After I do 24 quests and get my training sabre I will truly be a menace as I spend month after month going for that first skill box.. lol.
It looks bad if you look at TC and see how many people are going nuts with templates they can simply make instead of earning. I really dont think you will many of the griefers you seem to think will be out there.

I'll do the quests because I like quests. As far as a Jedi? I'm still waiting to it to magically appear.
My solution to the comming overpopulation of Jedi....hide in the woods. 
It's not like Rangers are good at PvP anyway.
