The Jedi Knight trials are based on finding and killing rare mobs, (blurrg raptor, some new stintaril, graul marauder etc.) And well as i read in the forum the jedi on tc2 dont really like looking for these creatures all that much. So our buggy area track may come in handy.

great.
every short-bus candidate and their mom is gonna be flooding any Ranger with requests: can you track for me to kill big creature. I give you MaXoR creds. bleh.
not my cup o' tea.
actualy, drinking tea isn't my cup of tea. Unless by tea, you mean Jack Daniels. ThenI love tea. In fact, it's time for some tea right now.

Lol. I wouldn't count on us getting overloaded with Requests. Area Track doesn't work well enough in order for this to be a lucrative business. Remember we thought CH's were going to do the same, once Bikes came out we were useless.

my recomedation: hide your Ranger creds. Switch to have your tag as "hunter" or "explorer". That's what I have mine on at all times anyway. That way, you won't get 1,763 tells a day from people wanting you to /areatrack for them nonstop. You can help your guild, and perhaps a few customers, but I don't want to be flooded by people who all want Jedi.
I still think Jedi should be SUPER-HARD to get. like, as in Random spawns that appear so infrequently. An NPC that might give you a mission. Then, later, another NPC with another mission. It should take a LONG time and it shouldn't be for the light players. I like the idea of the missions better than the grind, but seriously, I'm worried about the economy.
Soon, you might as well call the game Jedi Galaxies: what the Star Wars universe would look like if EVERYONE had a lightsaber.
color me less than excited about the recent developments.

If they come looking for us , make sure you collect the credits up front.
Rangers are becoming tour guides in the new jedi system. I guess we got the attention we wanted?????

Nice, not only can I make a business with avian meat for docs and hide for armorsmiths and others for chefs but if I get requests from Jedis this'll be a good experience to see every part of the galaxy and hopefully some decent pay.

Absolutely, but a powergammer will get it if he/she wants it no matter what, the bright side is the silliness of hologrinding will become extinct.

You may be correct sir. Still anything that brings me money in game would be welcome. I always kind of Pictured Ranger as a Safari guide, as well as having a Military role.

So what shall we set the community standard price at? Perhaps 500k to 1 million or so for a "guide you until we find it" sort of deal? Sounds good to me.

Antarian Rangers - guiding young Jedi through their knight trials. I like it.
Now I really wish we had an Antarian Ranger tag! I can't wait to assist the wanna-be Jedis in my guild through their Knight trials! This will be fun!

Sounds like tell hell to me. Ya know how this works. Go out with a client, have them stir the spawns on a bike, you find what they are looking for BUT...just about 4 secs after they find it themselves.
There goes my pretty Master Ranger tag.
