Just today i was wandering around the Jundland Wastes (lightly, as all Master Rangers are wont :smileywink
when, after a brief encounter with some particulary nasty bandits, i found myself needing a bit of R&R. Finding a nice spot overlooking a particulary impressive looking rock formation, i set up my camp, then kicked back and relaxed. BUT then something very strange happened! A dark jedi appeared and TOOK OVER MY CAMP WITH HIS MIND POWERS! He then proceded to sit in the camp and HEAL ALL HIS WOUNDS over the course of an hour! How can they do this to us i asked? How can they take away our most pretty and attractive of things and TURN IT AGAINST US! It took ALL of my willpower to not comment to the jedi, "nice camp." So i fled, and i cried

What I think I can infer:
This should only be a problem if you're an OVERT Rebel... but if they sat for an hour and didn't attack, I assume you weren't overt?
How does this affect me?
- Either an NPC Dark Jedi sat in your camp... OR ....
- An IMP Jedi sat in your camp
This should only be a problem if you're an OVERT Rebel... but if they sat for an hour and didn't attack, I assume you weren't overt?
How does this affect me?

I think we got a little side-tracked thinking about how amusing it would be if Jedi ran around stealing our camps and traps. Actually the FS survival line already gives them the ability to use camps I think. The best was when the poor CH put it on the Entertainer forums. Some of them were a little more understanding than us, but they did point out that yes, Jedi were given the ability to heal battle fatigue.

Still pretty funny though.
Vorpaks wrote:This is a slam at the Creature Handlers who came to ask for our help with their Jedi issues. A good cause but they made the mistake of saying something along the lines of "if SOE can give Jedi our skills then they can give Jedi your skills too! Beware!" To which we responded something along the lines of - Jedi would complain if they were given our skills.

Yes, yes, it was just a bit of foolishness, no offence meant to any CH's.......infact, i am one! Damm! Hopefully the dev's message that someone got is true, and for a jedi to acheive any measure of power with regards taking control of a CH's pet, means he can not put those points towards his skills with a lightsabre etc.....we'll see, if it makes more power hungry gamers subscribe to the game you can be sure the developers will be under pressure from the 'suits' to include it. The dev's are gamers like ourselves and Star Wars fans, but at teh end of the day its down to the money, and that can make or break a game, hell Warhammer Online has been canceled and i thought that looked fantastic.
So lets start pointing the fingers at who is actually responsible for the 'questionable' desicions made with regards this game we all love..the 'suits', the same guys who turned round to Lucas and said, "Hey George, wouldnt it be just great if we had some cute lookin, long eared, amphibious creature that the kids would love in that new film of yours, i dunno call it something like Jar Jar Binks?". I least i hope that wasnt Georges idea??!!!???

NPC or PC, I would just disband. If it was a PC, and dark, or holding an Imp guild tag, I would for sure disband, and tell him to tip me 100k for me to make another one.
