I just had a thought. Like some of us use /areatrack for PvP player, watching for incoming enemies and such, what about this change?
If you setup a camp, any player IN the camp won't show up on your /areatrack. They can still show up on another rangers /areatrack outside the camp(but it would be cool if they didn't adding yet another cool PvP use for our camps). The idea being your "squad" is standing in your camp. You do /areatrack for players and will only get reported for players with 500m of you. I'm not sure how many of you use this skill for this purpose, but when you /areatrack at a PvP type event, forget it, there are so many people listed just from your own faction mates it's useless. It would help a little if you could sort it by colums as has been suggested. Sort it by distance, and the ones farther out are probably enemies.
But if you could put some ranger out at stopping points around a base say, with a small group, and put up a camp. They are 1. not showing up on the rangers track to cluter up the track search window. 2. If that camp will also hide them from opposing rangers /areatrack it will make for a hidden squad of troops until they get within radar range.
This would a couple small changes to camps and track, mostly camps I think, that would be nice, and also be for PvP. Not to mention just make the camps somewhat usefull again.

All they have to do is make it an "enclosed" building (like a small house). We'd even be able to heal BF with an entertainer then.
