Thread: I can't harvest ANYTHING from animals. WHY?

I am on Yavin 4 trying to harvest wooly hide and I get a message saying "The Creature had no intact harvestable resources." Hwy am I getting this?

your server's in the middle of a resource shift for the wooly hide.

Last time i got the refusal was cos i was on my sword doc and she has no scout skill.s But other than that yes, the "resources" are in "flux mode"
