I am planning on dropping Ranger when the revamp hits as I prefer the outdoorsman type toon. I do plan on keeping M Scout.
Are the +trapping mods being added into the Scout trees, or will this decision limit my trapping to CL50 mobs?????? Currently, I am the main puller for my group hunts cuz P. Dart + Cripple Shot = no movement for the mobs, and with Stopping Shot as a backup, we don't take melee damage. Soloing, P Darts are my savior, I'd hate to lose the ability to trap mobs of my current level.

Scouts are getting all the old ranger mods as it stands now.
This will enhance the Scout's ability to be a Meatand Hide collector.

I believe Scouts were getting the old ranger mods that did not apply to the new profession. Trapping IS part of the new revamp. Are you certain that all the trapping bonuses will be applied to Scout??? If so, does that mean that M Scout + M Ranger can get trapping over 100?

Ranger traps won't be thrown and don't appear to be mod-based. If you qualify for the trap, you can use it. Thus, it would be illogical to have a trapping mod in Ranger. I believe that you'll have Master Scouts with a trapping level of 100, and Ranger won't add anything to that.
