Ranger Archive

First off, let me state this this method is not for everyone. Some will feel that it interfers with their pure appreciation of the game and may even potentially be seen as some sort of exploit that needs to be nerfed...

That being said, let's get on to the goodness. First thing you want to do is make sure you have the best weapon your meager savings can afford. With trusty weapon in hand you want to find 2 able bodies buddies to form a group. ( Preferentially, 1 of those buddies should bea ranking CH). Next you want to go to Dantooine or Lok and form a group. Now here is where it gets kinda tricky....You want to take missions that have the highest payoff in money that are creature missions. Then you head out and kill everything you see!

Now I know, your probably asking yourself "How can killing everything I see for 4 hours help me?" Well, this is the best part...YOU GET TO HARVEST THOSE THINGS!! I tell you, if I could just show you the amount of things I have killed and harvested using just this method you would be amazed. Granted, I'm sure the Dev's are working hard to correct this obvious flaw in the game but until then, I suggest you get out there and start killing and harvesting, killing and harvesting. Trust me, you will be glad you did when you get to show off that nice new shiny Master Park Ranger badge to all your other PA members.

As a further hint, I would suggest killing things that you might not even think of killing...butterflies, rodents, you know...all the blue things that underneath your conquering notice. Just remember the Ranger mantra..."Explorers! Gooooooooo Harvest!!!!"

Since when did killing and harvesting things grant XP? I've been running circles on naboo thinking ranger xp was granted with every footstep.

hrrrm ... I feel ... confused ?

I was wondering why I wasn't getting my Ranger Xp. I was keeping bears from stealing picknic baskets in a non-violent and non-judgemental way. Guess next time that bear goes for it I will blast him and take his skin... and if that little bear is with him, well his bones will make a nice chair I guess.

I can't entirely describe how I'm feeling after reading this. I checked the date in case I had forgotten it's 4/1. I read it a few more times hoping to pick up something that would clearly state "ha ha, just foolin". Ultimately I feel like someone whosedoctor had told him excitedly that the key to a long healthy life was regular breathing. Sure, it's useful advice, but what do you make of the doctor afterwards?

Oh no, is this the end of my Ranger dreams?? I so much wanted to start an animal friendly zone, where all the animals would live in peace and harmony, while I worked my azz off to feed them so they would not have to feed on one another. SIgh... well this game just sucks then... I am gonna become a chef, and cook vegetarian meals only.
