Ranger Archive

I apologize if the following questions have already been answered but I simply don't have the time to search all of the threads to find them...forgive me.

1. This planned all Ranger PA, is this for Ahazi only or are you all trying to form a Ranger PA that will have branches on all Galaxies? For instance ifthe Ahazi Rangers form an all Ranger PAnamed "Coaltion of Rangers", will I be able to join the Bloodfin "Coalition of Rangers"? (Ibelieve i'm explaining that correctly)

2. If the planned all Ranger PA isn't going to be all inclusive for all galaxies then will it still be possible for the other Galaxies to startRanger PAs and still follow the same template as does the Ahazi version? Such asthe make-up of the governing body, rules and regs, benefits etc.

3. Would it be possible for Scouts to serve the Ranger PA in a small capacity (sort of like an internship) for those of us who haven't yet made it the status of Ranger? (i fully intend on being a Master Ranger but am in short supply of playing time presently)

Once again, forgive me for asking things that might have already been answered.

let me take a shot at this one.

1. Branches in all galaxies. although interest varies so far in several galaxies, i'm confident it will grow rapidly.

2. well, this is being planned as the first all-ranger SWG wide PA. and although there would be no expected protest to another, i feel most rangers, by nature would like the one we have discussed in the various threads.

3. hmm, personally, i would say no. and again, personally, i feel earning novice ranger without help will keepaway at least some of the people who would get novice to gain the PA perks .

3. That's pretty much what i figured but it was worth a shot. I can't say that I disagree and maybe it will be an extra spark for me to attain Novice Ranger.

Well, I am starting up a ranger PA on Flurry. Avido listened in on the Ahazi meetings and he's helping me get the PA going. As it is now, we're not affiliated with any other servers conducting this kind of project. One thing is that I'm in favor of "advanced" scouts inquiring about joining the PA if they have interest in becoming a ranger. Well, more than interest, per se...more like they plan on it. I would understand if someone didn't play often and it took them longer to reach ranger status, but if I see that person online all the time, using up resources and wearing a smuggler title...with all due respect, they'd probably get the boot. But that would probably go for anyone.
