Please don't take this as a negative post. I'm overwhelmed with joy to see so many Rangers celebrating the upcoming revamp. But the more I read about it, the more I realize that this new Ranger, as awesome as it is, simply isn't something I want to play. Although I haven't posted much, I've been a part of this Ranger community for over two years now, and I still think this is the best bunch of guys in the game. But I'll be moving on, and will look back favorably on the time I spent wearing the Ranger tag.
To all of you who are thrilled with the proposed changes, I'm very excited for you. We'll undoubtedly see a big influx of new Rangers. Please do your best to maintain the maturity and wisdom that have defined this profession since the beginning.

Oh, I'm definitely going to see how it plays out before cementing my decision, but I can already see the writing on the wall. Seriously, the proposed changes look awesome, and like I said, I'm thrilled to see my fellow Ranger community so excited. PLus, most of the currently working Ranger skills will be moving to Scout, and I still intend to be Master Scout, so I won't be losing too much in the transition
I think I'm gonna go see how things feel on the Doctor side of the fence for a while

When I first got into this game, I wanted to be a ranger. I eventually left to do other things, and having read the revamp, I think I might come back with my alt. It really looks like Ranger has found a new home in espionage and sabotage. It really looks like a lot of fun and something very new to the game.
Oh, and congrats to all the rangers. It is something well deserved.

I have only been Ranger for a month or so. Just nothing else interests me in this game. I have ceased 90% of my gameactivities.Thegamedoes notneed the present Ranger. The rewamp could change this and i'll give it a chance before i move on to other games. ButIshare ur concern. However i like to study all details in practiceand specifically not yet specified change to combat skills beforemaking SWG history. Steeling doesn't speak to me except for a few players whos names are melted in my memory for not complying to their promises

Pssst. Wait till it gets out of "development" before you go running away. Things change, you know? Just some solid reasonable advice, but if you're heading out, sorry to see ya go.
