...don't suppose you can find out if Rangers will be getting any love in the new expansion? More specifically can you check to see that we haven't been 'overlooked'. I'm talking about Kashyyykian Camo kits.

Well they cant say anything about it other than what is in the press releases. Seems like everything for public knowledge needs to go through LA atm until things start getting closer.
One thing i will say is that i 100% expect 'Kashyyykian' camo kits to come with the expansion, although i have no idea where abouts they will be situated in the tree (all depends on what level the planet is). Thats as much as i can say realy (because honesltly i dont know and the devs cant say according to their posts) but fully expect for them to be included and they will definatly be aware a Kashyyykian camo kits needs to be made for us.

Really? Recent game updates are one of the few things keeping me from worrying. There will be quite a bit of testing here and the Devs are listening to some of what we say. I just hope the release date is not too close.

I wouldnt worry too much, the dev team is on fire and lots of stuff is constantly been worked on.
I dont know how long i could of stuck around if things would of stayed as they were. The team upgrade that Gordon posted about was the defining moment to me in keeping playing SWG. And to be honest the work they are pushing out has been far more than what i originally expected so it safe to say im not too worried.
This game is going places and i ranger will be a part of that, in a big way. We will NOT be left behind hehe.

Yep will be there testing.
Fully expect it like JTL beta though with many testers but perhaps not on the same scale (considering JTL was more or less like a totally new game).

Yep, the entire Alpha teamfor the Combat Upgrade is automatically in the RotW beta. So you'll have 10 scouts and Rangers making sure the devs get it right. Although, like Owen, I have a lot of faith in them right now.

Sadly, I have no faith nor any expectations other than as a community the Scouts and Rangers will get the brown end of the stick.
The glass is not only half empty, it's cracked and is leaking.
I figure we get an update by 2010 I will be happy.

If Kashyyyk is anything like it's portrayed in Republic Commando, it's not going to be a beginner planet
I'm *guessing* it's going to level out somewhere between Endor and Dath. SO long as they set the 'planet theme tune' to be the Mandalorian Battle hymn I'll be chuffed to little mint balls.

I'd love it if they actually had various "levels" of the planet. Up in the trees, then go down a level to the "mid level" (harder creatures) then go down to ground level and pretty much get your *** handed to you by any number of creatures if you don't use stealth and some kind of tactics and such.
