I've been running missions but haven't been paying attention to the level of the hidden daggers. I have been getting bubkas (none) for spinner blades. This was in the loot forum on spinner blades and thought I'd pass it on.
I looted 7 blades in 2 days a while ago.
Need to get the lower level missions because you want activists and extremists.

Jaxus, I could use 3 spinner blades myself. Find me in-game and we'll run them together, 4 missions at a time. It'll be more efficient.

Tyrena missions drop more blades than Coronet missions. 30 missions and I had 4.
