Hey, after the CU you will be able to count the number of Scouts on one hand, never mind Rangers.

Methinks the Devs are doing this to take the lifestyle out of the game.

D'oh. They win. I hate it when the guys making up the rules get challenged. They just make up new rules.

Sad to say, the joke's on us, and it's called Ranger.

Last one out, please turn out the lights.

JB

They stole OUR ideas JB.

Everything we worked on for the last 20 months, all the proposals, ideas and dreams for Ranger they STOLE and gave to everyone else.

They told us it wasn't possible, not feasable and blah blah blah and then went and tried to do the CURB had ZERO original ideas of their own, so they STOLE OURS!

It's not possible that other people in other professions had similar ideas?

Calc, of course it is, but when the Devs tell us our version of Stealth is NOT possible cause of the code, then 1 year later turn around and give the exact thing to 2 differant classes, boggles my mind.

I understand, but Riflemen have asked for invisibilty in the past AND since the precedent will be there, we can ask for invisibilty (possibly without restriction, as riflemen will almost cetainly be restricted) in our revamp.

doesn't doctor still require Master Medic?

i haven't looked at the medic stuff in the CU yet, so maybe not, but don't they have to deal with the same skill point usage as we do?

Nope, they will only need 2 lines.

No, Doctor does NOT require Master medic anymore in the CU.

It only requires 2 trees in Medic now, cannot remember which two.

Rook, 5 stars for your post. I feel like a fool having kept Master Ranger for the last 18 months always hoping for better things. As others did the Great HoloGrind I stayed true and for what. To see our abilities filtered out to others and our distinct ones reduced to uselessness.

When I sign off this game for the last time I think I'll invite some jedi's toone of my high tech camps and throw traps at them for fun.

Found em....from the Character Healing Document:

Doctor Profession Changes

Pre-requisites change: from master medic to general healing line and pre-doctor line.

Yep Calc, they have taken away crafting from Doctors, medics and Combat medics.

Who do we sell our meats to now for buffs?

By changing those 3 professions they have just eliminated 50% of our customers' needs

Rooks, since Ranger is not a combat profession, you won't be hunting so you will not have to worry about selling meats.
