huh, it auto-posted. anyway:

A mranger gets a huge creature harvest bonus. And wit hveghash+Droid with it you can probably get even more. But mranger needs mscout which uses way too much sp. And then the +60% harvest is in the mRanger box so i need 2 full professions for it. I only need ranger for harvesting huge amounts for my chef. Is it really worth it or should i stick to the single scout harvest tree?

If you have an alt account that is solely for support, then yes, you should try it out. One of my accounts is a BH (who can harvest because of Novice Scout), and my alt account is a Master Ranger. When I go hunting for creature resources, I run both of them at the same time. The BH kills things while the Ranger account follows her around and provides a bonus for being grouped and for being grouped with a master ranger. They both harvest from a creature and combined I get about 1300 units of meat/hides/whatever every kill (BH gets ~500, Rangers gets ~800). Off one lair I get about 16000 units. It's totally worth it if you want to horde large amounts of meat. The value of it shines if you have two toons that both harvest.
