With the CU changing to a level based system of combat does our creature-to-hit mod have any effect? I haven't tried testing this but have a sneaking suspision that CL/Weapon stat/accuracy are all that matter. Any thoughts?

This is a very good question and something I too would like answered. Pre-CU I believe it only applied to auto-attack also so I wonder how that works now, if at all?

Yeah, good question.. I remember reading that also.. that it only added the bonus for auto-attack, but not special attacks.

If that's the case, it seems like it wouldn't work. Kind of similar to shooting while on a creature mount -- we couldn't use specials, but could auto-fire while mounted Pre-CU. Post CU, there are only "specials", so we can't attack while mounted.

[edit: this is a bad morning for my spelling and grammar! Need more coffee]

Slightly OT but I was checking out the stuff on Burstrun in Ranger and it says we get less of a penalty to using burstrun (ie the amount of ham it used to use Pre-CU) so I am wondering now if maybe the timer for our burstrun is less than others to compensate for our + mods to burstrun?

Well it seems to take an AGE to recharge now so I don't think so. Maybe Owen could get some clarification onboth of these matters?

They definately did some changes to it too. Did you notice that you can burstrun in water now without it slowing you down?

Not tried that to be honest. I always avoid water so I dont have to wait for the recharge again Are we also missing the on screen notification that we are 'too tired' now also?
