I am bidding on one on my servers forum. Its a +4 CA. Just wondering if anyone has looted any or are using any as yet.

Never seen one before. I bought a trapping one not too long ago. I really can't tell if I am having any benefit from it though.

dang, I need some then. Wish I knew where they drop, but I definitely know that they do drop. Saw one sell on our forums a few weeks ago as well.

A guild friend gave me a +2 harvesting tape the day before yesterday, I must admit I had not realised that these were new, I will ask where he got it tonight when I am online and post back here the answer.
