Is there something wrong with this picture ? How can a Master Scout with a +50 in terrian Negotiation run just as fast as a Ranger with +65 ? That is one of are special skill. It goes up +10 everytime we level are Wayfaring but If we cant run any faster then a master scout with +50 what is the sense of having this skill and wasting points in wayfaring except for the camouflage.I am not even sure that is better then the scouts. Are we being nerfed here or what ? Devs please respond and lets us know something.

The first +50 is terrain speed, the second +50 is prone crawling speed.

Im a pistoleer! I have no reason to go prone! I want to run faster!!!!

But Terrain Negotiation isn't supposed to RUN faster.. It's just there so you can run faster when running up hills.. Now its SHOULD effect your running speed to make its more usefull, since I was running up hill the same speed I run up flat land, when I was on Explor III in the scout branch.. I don't know how it can be any better... Where are all these (+10) terrain negotiations going to?? I don't see a difference at all.
