What is the optimum # of people to punch out max exp per camp the fastest?

With 2 characters, I get 1100ish off a HQ camp in about 17 minutes.

I've only needed Camp exp for about 2 weeks, I just dread thinking about it. I'll be master rifleman way before Ranger though at the rate im going with camp exp.

I found that if you have 10 people and heal the entire time, you can max the Field Base after about 6 minutes. I only found myself in that position once or twice, but it was nice while it lasted.
