I did some digging, and found this post, with the following:

Have you even found that most people get on you server just as you get off. I play on the Valcyn server and after 6 months on playing on it I found that most of the player on it are on pacific time, while i'm on eastern time.
My question is his, what servers have the most people on who are from EST.
I usually play 6-9 PMbut with a 3 hour time difference, most player get on at 9PM EST (6PM PST). Just curious if anyone know what server is best for EST.

when I first started a year ago, there were lists of the servers and whether they were on the west or east coast... might try looking for any posts about that.... Otherwise, I know wanderhome and kauri were east coast servers... although kauri ended up with a truckload of french players on it for some reason.
