It's a link to a BH post calling for a protest because Jedi missions aren't working. BH's propose a sit-in at theed, with all of them spamming eveyone about how it's unfair they can only make 20k from a single mission and their Jedi tracker doesn't always work. I think it SHOULD be hard to track Jedi. Even with a droid, Jedi can remain unseen. Hell, they could DISABLE the droid, or reprogram it to give false coordinates. Their Jedi, Man!
And so, the BH forum is complaining about not getting enough love a Master BH can't take down a fully buffed Jedi Knight.
huh???

there is the address if the link doesn't work.

what kind of complaint is that? so jedi are really tough to track down and kill... isn't that how they are supposed to be? I just don't get it... "oh no I can only make 20k a mission boo hoo" my missions at best only give me like 3k, and that's if I'm taking missions a little above my skills, and taking some pretty major risks....
I hate to say it, but they have no sympathy from me.

heheh
well, they were smart enough to figure out that their opposable digits could be used to pull a trigger, and well.... brachiating motion allows them to wander aimlessly... so i figure.... that'll take 2

Humph, well, as a BH/Ranger I can tell that there is no appreciation here for the BH problems that exist. Problem #1: broken missions. I don't mean "hard to track" I mean broken. Broken as in you travel to another planet only to discover that the mark simply does not exist and you've just wasted a half hour of your time, droids, and travel money. Problem #2: jedi exploits and bugs. Again, we're not talking about people that don't know how to use their droids, we're talking about droids giving absolutely false information and Jedi exploiting that problem (login/logout for example).
And as far as mission payouts. Well, the missions I'm running right now, although fun, pay considerably less than a "regular" mission then I could get on Dath or Endor or Dantooine, and of course you get no harvest from the mission kill either. If you are in need of credits, you certainly don't run BH missions.
That thread is rediculous and immature, agreed, but you should at least have a little bit of appreciation for the problems before you start commenting on them.

Ahh but I do: I AM a Ranger/BH...and I am well aware of the bugs. I just think that silly sit-ins are a bit much for a game. It's made to be enjoyed. Enjoy it. If one...tiny...little....nuance of the game isn't working the way you want it to, there are TONS of other things to do...
Rangers aren't getting PvP traps...
We're not getting an update anytime soon....
We've been coming up with ideas for a while...
yet no sit-in has been asked for (thankfully)
THAT is what I commenting on. The problems are there, I agree. Heck, I've experienced them. But it's how you deal with them that shows what your are made of. I was simply commenting that I thought that way of dealing with issues within a proffession this was a wee bit immature. That's all.
