Is this the cap on tier four skills to GET master? Because if that's the case, the cap is 1 mil, and I was able to achieve master just last night. If you mean, after you reach master.. then I can't help ya

As a Master Rifleman Master RangerI capped my rifle xp and scout xp today at 1.2 mil each.

I had no trouble earning Master Ranger. No cap was to be seen.

i was able to master ranger 2 days ago with no xp capping problem

I'm aware this was an issue when the CU first hit. Does anyone know if it's been fixed? Any information would be appreciated.
