Thread: How Do you get the required meats/hides with the new mission system?

With the new CU, you can only get missions around your lvl, so if your a lvl 70, you get options of missions around 68-72.
How does this effect getting your meat/hide from an animal?
I'll give an example.
I'm a bio-engineer, I have just descovered I need avain meat, and lots of it, and guess what, yavin has some realy good stuff, so its then white and brown dogs(chockers or something) for my ranger mate.
he gets to yavin, and tries to pull some missions, but the level of chockers is 25, while he is a lvl 80.
Is the only way to get lots of these animals, to go around yavin and hit random spawns?

i have been getting no less than 100 units from each lvl 68-72 kill, it has been more like 200 avg so it adds up fairly quickly, i dont have exact numbers but its over 1k of meat/hides per lair, and when you choose you missions, make sure you pick ones that will yield what you want.

from the little bit of resource huntingi've been able to get in it seems like you can get almost any animal if you look hard enough (IE on talus i think its mynocks or vynocks were a lower lvl critter Pre-CU but i've seen a couple of their missions at around lvl 70 where is was at the time), but some animals never have missions, so watch out for that.
