Ranger Archive

Does anybody know if the creature to hit bonus is working? I play a rifleman, I am one box away from Master Ranger and I routinely seem to be at -40 or so while kneeling against stationairy enemy creatures about 30 meters away.

I have not tested it but with all my rifle skills and all my scout bonuses and all my ranger bonuses it seems I should be at something like +90 to shoot at creatures.

Just wondering.
