Thread: Question about harvesting quantity

I'm currently an aspiring Master Rifleman/Master Chef, but I'm getting extremely frustrated playing one of the single most broken classes in the game (Chef, not Rifleman). I haven't even bothered to grind Chef XP in over two weeks, because there's really no point at the moment.

So I'm thinking of ditching Chef and becoming a 4/4/4/0 Ranger (don't have the points to be a Master). But I'm curious: How significant is the difference in Harvest quantity between Hunting IV (which I already have) and Tracking IV? Are we talking one or two extra resources per critter, over and above what it would have been otherwise? Or is it a big difference, like 40% more or something?

Inquiring minds wanna know.

Easily 20% is right. Maybe even more. I pill large quantities off animals now with Tracking 4... Plus the to-hit bonus seems to be nice to....
