Used to be when I examined creatures I always saw 2 special attack slots even if both were none.

Now for at least a week I have been noticing that all creatures I examine only list one single special attack even when I know they used to show two attacks.

Some in my guild feel its because I gave up tracking III.

I'd like to find out what masters currently see as of 10-10-03 or later.

As well as what novices see as long as its current.

I'm at 1/4/4/4 right now, and I'm still seeing two special attacks. I don't think the trapping line has anything to do with what appears in the examine window.

I'm 4/0/1/0 and I don't see hardly any info on the critters so its definately not in wayfaring

It's the "Creature Knowledge" skill as granted in the Tracking tree. Not logged in right now so I can't give you a list of what master yields.

Master gives you the damage range.

There's a lot of mobs on which the data will just not come up. giant baz nitches for example, doesn't show their resists. various stuff like this.

Just completed the ranger tracking line post patch and here is what it did for me.

Tracking 3 gave me access to special attack 1

Tracking 4 gave me access to special attack 2

and from what I read Master gives you damage ranges.
