Well, im a new Ranger and I plan on staying that way, iv wanted to be a ranger sence I started this gmae but never got the chance untill now. I see that Conceal says that it can be used on players, but I was woundering what exactly dose it do or if its not working at this time what is it supposto do? Im hoping it will take me off the radar, but somehow dont think that will happen. Thus far im loving Ranger and the whole feel of being one, just looking for some feedback from some others.

Oh well. Maby when the profession is completely fixed they might add something like what I said to make Ranger stand out more, I can only hope.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but camo will probably never take you off the radar. The devs have been pretty clear about that from what I understand. However, in the future their may be a visual aspect to camo and a negative to-hit bonus to those who try to shoot us while we are camoed.

Conceal is like maskscent that you can apply to other players, not use to your advantage against them. You need to make camo kits specific to each planet to use the skill on yourself or others.

See this is where I get into my anti-PvP mood. But I will refrain from writing a super-long rant.

But, Conceal was never intended to be used in PvP. It's use is for PvE, and mainly for the purpose of avoiding PvE. Not everything in the game can have a direct use for PvP munchkins.

I know, and I agree with you on that. But I would still like ranger to have some ability for PVP besides being able to track players in the area. I also think that Rangers should be able to forage special foods that may be able to cure poisens and deease sence they are kind of the out doors typ of guys who know what plants may cure certain ailments.
