What traps are stackable?

In other words, what traps can be continually thrown at a creatureand hit the creature, giving me trapping xp? I know Glow-Juice Traps can, but I'm moving up in trapping and want to use some of the higher level ones, but only the ones that will stack.

Just throw 4-5 different traps like Noisemaker, The bone spur (can't remember name), a Dart, and maybe a Mesh. By the time you land em all 4 they will start to wear off again shortly and can throw them again.

Thanks for the reply. That doesn't answer my question.

I realize I can throw 4 different ones, but due to inventory space and other constraints, I just want to throw the same trap over and over.

Anyone know what traps are stackable?

I beleive the P-Dart (Phenacine? Dart) can be used multiple times on the same opponent. Its effects may not stack, but I did get experience for all of the traps.

I just wish I could define a button to go and get a trap from the crate in my packand throw it...

Okay, but if you get, say, 85 trapping XP for throwing a wire mesh trap at a rill, why would you want to throw a Phecnacine Dart at the rill for 85 XP? I just don't get that. You get the same trapping XP no matter what trap you throw, the amount is solely determined by the difficulty of the creature.

Glow wire traps can be thrown over and over with a very high rate of success. Use these on enraged rancors over and over for about 1500 xp per trap and you'll move up in no time.

Want Trapping XP?

Make alot ofAdhesive Mesh and Glow-Wire traps then go to Dantooine.

Hunt Horned Voritor Lizards or Grassland Voritor's. Toss an adhesive mesh trap to keep them still then spam the wire traps. When he gets lose, reapply adhesive mesh then spam. Rinse and repeat.

The good thing is, the XP racks up extremely fast and if, by chance, one of these lizards get to you, they don't DB. I don't remember how much XP they give per trap because I got Master a long time ago, but I believe it's between 750 - 1500 per trap. You can get something like 16k trapping xp in minutes. Only thing that can really stop you is, well, running out of traps. Just sit down and make more then go at it again. You should get all the trapping you need and more in a day.

Don't do glow-wires. Too resource-intensive. Wire-mesh works great. Only do glow-wires if you actually intend to use them for both melee and ranged debuffing. Wire-mesh takes 3 bone, 3 hide, and builds withing about 4 seconds.

I just used Glow Juice, and lots of it, since Im ranged, and its only 6 resources to make... I moved up the trapping tree so fast on Dathomir, starting on Rancors, then Bull Rancors, then Enraged Rancors...
