No, but it is RIS!Quite simply, I have the best wife and friends in game a Ranger could ask for. I was surprised with that helmet last night(and havn't taken it off since lol). My gun there is another gift the wife gave me for my birthday. My krayt DE-10 "Picket Popper" 
Of course, I have to do my share of things in return. Like track things for my wife(who is a BE) to poke, and erm....interior decorate *shifts his eyes*. Hey, everyone has to have a hobby

Congrats and happy birthday. Those helms are hard to come by (as are the guns).

Cool...**edit**...trying to remember where i saw some RIS armour for sale,pretty sure it wasa helmet there.

Very nice! What are the stats on it?
I've been thinking of buying an RIS helmet myself, but it's hard to find one with high kinetic resists. Many armorsmiths go for electric or energy. Besides, can Twi'leks wear RIS helms?
I like the pistol, too. I'll be looking for one once I master Pistoleer (3 boxes and some AP left to go).

Stats on the helmet:
80% kinetic
60% base
Lightsaber, Stun, Acid Vulnerable
43k condition
40/40/134 encumbrance
Now, this was the armorsmith's 3rd try at RIS and she said she probably could have gotten the base up a little higher. Also this isn't Interwoven RIS which can not only get better, but potentially can have 0 encumbrance. This is just the regular kind.
And for those curious the "Picket Popper" DE-10s stats are:
AP 1 Energy
2.6 speed
208-381 damage
42.5% wound
32/61/32 ham costs
I also regularly use a selection of pre-nerf FWG5s with similar stats only 100 less min damage and around 1.3 speed, a 300+ damage geo pistol,and a few krayt republics with 300+ damage as well.
I have quite the gun collection lol.
