I am a novice ranger
and i know that i can gain a lot of money by harvesting animans.
atm i sell rancor meat for 35 cpu.
thats godd
but there is a lot bettter meat out there
so lets see this thread as a thread that makes us all rich
write doewn the best meat bone hide values u find out there

Go onto www.swgcraft.com and go under resouces. Look for avian meat, herbivore meat, wooly hide, leather hide for your galaxy. OQ/PE/SR are the important numbers. Next go look through your servers trade forum. Chefs, AS, even tailors will make posts for what they want. Or, as i have seen a guild mate do on Bloodfins trade forum, make up "Ranger wandering what to hunt this week" and you will get a list from those who are buying. Try it out.

edit - to counter "SWGCraft is always out of date". Your a scout update it. Im trying to get my ranger to do it on bloodfin. But i've been caught up in this jedi BS. Its our job to do the creature info on SWGCraft

okay the best meat, etc. will depend on different things.
Firstly, what server you are on. They're not all the same all the time.
Secondly...this is your job as a Ranger. SWGcraft.com is the best site for info, but it only works if people update it. The best thing to do in see if there is a Ranger Information Network on your server. /chat join RIN is the best way to find out. Find other Rangers, divide up the planets and kill things. Harvest them and examine their by-products. Update SWGcraft.com with your findings. have others do the same. You do know that resources shift, right? You need to keep checking every week or so (or when you notice things change). Then, you decide what to go after. Good avian meat, good herbi meat and good wooley all sell well. Basically, you need to find some contacts.
Third...bro, I'm no stranger to spelling words incorrectly...but there's a difference between typing too fast and mangling a language. lol. Anyway, there's a spelling editor at the bottom of the posting area...I suggest you give it a whirl.

Better yet, try the RIN channel on your server. (/chat join rin) If your server doesn't have one, you can create one. Someone will always be asking for the best of whatever resource in there, or rangers/scouts will usually mention something the second it shifts.
