can i buy and use Camo Kits for use if i'm not skilled enough to make them?

(I.E. i want to go to Endor and use a camo kit but i can't make them yet as i have yet to learn that skill)

Your help would be much appreciated

Yes, anyone can /conceal using ready-made camo kits (even people with no Ranger skills)

I think you're confusing the ability to MAKE the camo kit compared to the ability to USE it. The Wayfaring tree gives Rangers the schematics to make various planet camo kits from Tatooine, Naboo and Corellia at Wayfaring I up to Dathomir at Master Ranger.

Since one of the recent publishes anyone can /camo now, it's just that Rnagers are much better at it than non-Rangers.
