Ive got alot of this stuff stocked up from grinding scout/ranger stuff and I was wondering what kind of crafters uses it. Also, how much is it it worth?

Price depends on the stats - docs will buy it mainly, unless it has low PE and OQ, then no one wants it but grinders.
Check the trade forums for your server, or stand outside a busy spaceport and ask. Price varies server to server, and sometimes planets on servers.
