Thread: Wish for new ranger skill *SMOKE NEST*

i feel this skill would rock to use on small nests to gain a better amount of spawns from a nest cap. say you smoke the nest instead of Tap it you will more out of a nest.
ofcause you would need a "smoke kit" *new crafted item* this would need to be experemented on for effectiveness. the better the effectiveness the better the use is on a nest IE more spawns of creatures. smoke kits will also make creatures come out non agro meaning no mobs and no loss of /masksent or consiealment.
what you guys think ?

This is an interesting idea. Would the smoke nest skill add to the number of critters per wave or to the number of waves? If it adds to the number of waves, how many would it add (1? 2? x?)? I could almost envision an infinite number of waves per lair with a chance for a critical failure that destroys the lair.

thats sounds good too but i was thinkking a % increase on the kits themselfs and then a bonus % on your ranger skills say harvisting would also effect your smoke nest skill so having master ranger would mean max smoke nest skill and you would also be able to take veghash to increase it aswell. this would offer you MAXIMUM harvisting with little effort.

Oooo! Good idea. Me likey. Er... I mean... <Rangerspeak on> Ireckon them thar smokers is a right fine idea. It'll hep me git more critters outta them thar nests. More critters is more vittles, I reckon. It'll save me a fair piece'a time runnin' over yonder hills and such. <Rangerspeak off>

I like it. no actual damage to the Lair would make it useful and non uber. And plse stop the Hick talk its insulting. Its like Me going to NY and talking like a them. YO!!!!!!!!!!ROCKY!!!!!!!!!YO!!!!!!!!!!!! DEES TOOS YOUTS!!!

Why is it so many people see rangers as cowboys? I don't even have a mount, much less herd anything around.

I have a nice wasteland CuPa, I just need to get it mount trained. I was saving it for myself to train, but I have decided to stop my CH progression at 2/3/0/3.
