What materials are needed to make this?

I am going to buy some harvesters and run them for a few weeks to farm what I need for making camps for the next 50 years... So I thought I'd better check and see what I'll ultimently need for my camps.

Petro-chem and metal, 2 different metals seem to work better. I would have thought Fiberplast would be in there for the canvas but nadda.

Its Polymer and Metal. And, if you care, you want high Decay resistance.

What exactly does the higher decay resistance do? I am kind of an idiot when it comes to all things associated with crafting so please bear with me...

Do you have toi be a master ranger to use the high tech field base kit or can you just have fronteiring 4?

- Actually, you only need FrontieringIII to deploy a High Tech Field Base (from what I've heard).

- But you need FrontieringIV to create one yourself.

Do I have to have Fronteiring IV to use on, or can i use them on lower levels just not make them?

You get the schematic with Frontieering IV. However, if you precure some kits from somebody else, you can use/build them at frontieering III.
