Everytime I go hunting, the more I harvest the more my harvesting units drop per creature. Is this happening to anyone else or is this a bug? Or am I doing something wrong?

Are you grouped? I hear that that Causes your harvest amount to drop.

That sounds very strange. Make sure you are comparing the harvests on the exact same creature (ie. bull rancor vs. rancor). Also, keep an eye on the density. Some creatures are "fat and healthy" while others are just "of medium size". If these factors are all the same and your harvests are continually and consistently becoming lower and lower, then it's probably a bug. Again though, that sounds very strange. Best of luck.

I kinda know where he's coming from. I haven't really tested it out yet, but earlier while hunting Veermoks they were only giving 1 meat per corpse. Could be a bug, I'll test it more tonight.

no I didn't group to make sure it wouldn't happen, and it still started going down hill

Its like this. I was endor getting bordok missions for herbavore meat and when I first started... Medium and fat bordok studs and mares drop 100 to 114 units of meat and the small bordok called something forgot would drop 85 units of meat. But in about an hour it would decrease every 10 minutes about 5 units per decrease. Til finally studs and mare were only dropping 82-85 units per harvest and the smaller bordok 45-50 units. Huge difference. That isn't even ranger harvesting rates anymore. I can't harvest just collectint that little of meat per harvest killing high leveld creatures on endor. same type thing happens when I go to lok for the leathery hide. Starts great then just falls to novice scout level of harvesting. Then I have ot quit due to not gathering enough. If anyone else is having this problem please let me know.

Thats the fat and healthy versus other states. Im going to hate to describe it like this and it hurts me i know it because of the survey tool but....
Creature resources are no different then mined resources. They have percentages of density and higher sampling rates. So where you were getting the "fat and healthies" and it was always 110-114. All the missions you did in that area would show that way. But if you went off in another direction or started a group of missions in a different direction the first. You were faced with the medium level of creature density and the lower hauls.
So in short if you find that area x on planet y is showing "Fat and Healthy" focus your missions in a 100-200m circle of that area and you will always get fat and healthy and the large harvesting hauls.

I had noticed a similar drop in harvested amounts when hunting giant baz-nitch'son Dath. I was harvesting over 100 units per kill when they were fat and healthy and later I noticed the fat and healthy corpses were only yielding just over 80 units. And this is not a male/female problem, the spawns at giant baz-nitch missions are just giant baz-nitch's.

I checked that also, creatures continued to be medium size. only hte units were dropping, it was like every 10 minutes i was losing aharvesting skills.

I spent a couple of hours harvesting mamien and woolamanderhides on yavin today. I was alone except for my ungrouped harvesting droid. I didn't experience any decrease in harvest amount.

To the person who experienced harvesting one unit off of a creature. If you were in a POI cave, those always harvest 1 unit. but you do recieve full scouting xp.

I've noticed that the harvest amount seems tied to the number of other creatures nearby. For example, if there are 2 creatures and a lair around, I could get 100 units per creature. If there are other creatures near the lair I'm hunting, my harvest drops to the upper 80's or the 90's. I don't have any exact numbers available, but that's along the lines of what I've seen.
