Does anyone know if /examine is not working properly?

I have field bio 1 and rarely get all the creature details regardless of the level of the creature. I usually only get the hide and meat details and the challenge level.. rarely I will get all the details with the protections, etc.

me too. no protections. thanks for posting this as i was looking to see if i were the only one. please ppl post here if u have same prob. i'm on Rori now and not working. i'll try different planets as i travel. i'm on Bria server.

hmm, actually i can see a few. can't see squalls(bunnies). maybe some animals have zero or some aren't working. i will keep checking and will post list if needed.

I am convinced it is bugged now.

Greater Shaupaut (or whatever those are called) gave me its full stats on /examine and the regular Shaupaut or even the smaller Rabid Shaupaut only gave a few of the stats. If you can get the stats of the Greater then you should be able to get the stats of the lesser versions as well.

I have /bug'd this already and encourage others to do the same.

Yeah, there is something wrong with Examine lately. Yesterday I got:

Why cant we tell if creatures are social (will assist each other), or even what kind of Bone you can harvest from them for crying out loud!

I too have noticed this. It seems to be fine on some creatures, while others its completely missing information. The thing I have noticed missing the most is NPC challenge level. Just my observations.

I've seen the examineproblem on lower level creatures. Likewise I've seen some really weird stuff harvesting hides lately. Off a Gualama (cl15+) I get 1.... 1 hide, but the full experience.Off a chuba I get 7.....
