I just have an idea that i think will add alot of gameplay fun.

You should have some command like /playerconceal that will do nothing exept removing the player name sign (you know the one over the head that glows like a flashy neon sign).

Now a player will be able to actually conceal from other real players (this do not affect creatures and NPCs of course) and will be good when, for example, hiding from an overpowered PvP opponent... And the clothing camoflage will make sense if youre hiding in the bushes...

...or if you just want to hide away from youre friend and such, maybe play hide and seek

... this skill will become useful too. : ]

I have wanted this skill since i started playing this game for like 3 months ago...

You don't think its a good idea?

You can turn off everyone else's signs someplace in the options menu.

If you and your friends want to play hide and seek, do this. Just make sure no one is cheating and leaving them on.

What we really need is for conceal to take us of Radar. In PvP having no name above your head doesent matter. All enemys have to do is look for blue dots on radar and find them.

Sorry forgot to say that this skill should remove us from others radar systems too...

And it would be quite nice if youre fighting a player enemy that is too strong, to just use /burstrun and flee as fast as you can out in to forest use the /playerconceal (or whatever) and disappear in the surface vegetation...

I dont think that we should dissapear from radar completly, but we should show as yellow.

We should appear as native wildlife if anything.

I still want to ambush people disguised as a Gnort.

you do realize, that the yellow dots are attackable on the radar....we camo, and instead of being blue or purple, we are now yellow "creature" dots that can be attacked...like any one will leave us alone..."oh, a yellow dot...lets go kill it!"

I'm getting a sort of Benny Hill image of a man in a tree suit, when others look away it lifts to reveal a pair of legs they scurry towards them three or four steps - then just before they look back it lowers again to become a static tree..... Repeat until on top of em...... or a Gnort pees on ya'

Marcus get outta my head. I was thinking about the same thing.

My other scenarion is - "Hey Bill, why is there a tree in the middle of that open paved area?"

"dunno Bob, maybe it's one of them Ranger fellers, let's shoot it and see"

Camo has a place, and if the Dev's would realize it would not make us "invisible" just "unseen" we could rock. Oh well, back to covert scouting, which means I areatrack the stoopid Imps, and sit in their camp and follow them.

One clown thought he could hide - actual quote - "WE HAVE BEEN FOUNDED" After I got back in my chair, I typed Amazing Grace for a bit and ruined their poorly laid plans by broadcasting their intentions to my group. Of course we won, we are not as stupid as Imps.

Would be lot more fun to do it unseen tho.

how about a dot that matches the background of the radar? like for tat you get a light brown (not exactly the same as the background) color...that way they would have to actually LOOK hard to see it?
