I know this post is going to end up on the bottom of the heap in no time flat. Anyway . . .
I just mastered scout and am heading up the ranger tree (picked up novice and some other boxes today). I came here to get some info and found such an incredible amount. You people in this profession forum have got to be some of the most dedicated and helpful I've come across. Even in game, when I've picked a couple rangers' brains on Valcyn, they were more than happy to help me and discuss their profession.
Just want to say kudos to all of you for doing everything you can to make this a really cool and useful profession. I have been helped immensely by all the pieces of info you've shared and can't wait to proudly unveil my Master tag sometime in the *hopefully* not so distant future.

Welcome, Torvin, from a fellow Valcynite.
I just got my Master Ranger tag tonight and I'm feeling pretty proud. I ran outside of Coronet, crafted a HTFB camp, and deployed it. It's so cool!
Send me a tell and we can go hunting together sometime.

Welcome Torvin and congrats to you both!
(Its funny, even though we all know about the usefulness of camps the HTFB is always the first thing a player does when reaching Frontiering IV/Master. I know I did!
Maybe it lets us relive the newbie wonder we felt the first time we saw a Ranger deploy one.)

Welcome Torvin,
Its always good to see a new face in the Ranger group. Like you said you should not have any problems finding someone to help you if you have a problem or need info. Happy hunting!
Congrats Whiro Solong on you new tag.

LOL, missed this one!
Congrats to you both.
It's a fair old haul getting that MR title, but it's just so worth it.

LOL, I popped one of them up outside of Coronet just to see what it looked like. Within seconds I had 5-8 people coming by looking at it. Was pretty funny to see everyone flock to your camp and see it all.

The Ranger peeps are great, aren't they? I am the luckiest Corr, IMO. Even though we have JB

Congrats on ranger and Master ranger respectively you two. It's a fun ride, and worth keeping. Even if you don't stick around. We have plenty of rangers that don't have the profession anymore, but have the love of being one in their soul's =)
