Thread: Anyone seen this movie? It is relevant :)

I was watching a movie called 'The Hunted' staring Tommy Lee Jones and it is an almost perfect example of what a Ranger should be like in this game 
I urge anyone who enjoys the Ranger concept to watch this film.

By that do you mean psychotic and disturbed like Benicio Del Toro's character?
lol, just kidding. It was a great flick for showing fieldcraft...
Especially liked the way they portrayed Tommy Lee Jones' character, living alone in a cabin in the remote northern parts of Canada, the typical retired (SWG) ranger.

When I retire, I am CERTAINLY not moving to northern Canada!

Good Movie..... However did you notice how big Tommy's ears are !!

and there are definately some skills i would like to see in our profession too... like Fred Skinners stealth ideas.. hmmm

I meant Canada as an remote option. Then again, I like it cold, so my bias shines through.

Agree on that one, not even Southern Canada, I wouldn't even consider Canada an option. Now Northern Bermuda or Hawaii that's an option.

Just finished watching it and yes I see the point but Tommys ears were the highlight for me! Could be a new ranger defense, when everything gets a bit heavy we could stretch out our Ranger ears and hanglide to safety, what do you think?
