Ranger Archive

I am not a big fan of requiring Flora for the Camo kits. The funny thing is, I was at level 4 Surveying before I had to ditch it pre-9/4 patch to take Ranger.... Otherwise I could have stocked up on the flora needs... SO.... instead of whining about it and blaming SOE, I have a proposal in mind.....

I am based on Tatooine. Right now I only have level 2, so the 5 starter planets are the only kits I can make.

What I propose is this.... Since I can supply the flora for Tatooine fairly easily, I can trade some of the wild oats for a similar number of resources form another planet. I don't have a ton right now, but will look at getting more in the next few days, but if we can get a small group together that are game for this, we should be able to trade resources.... I am not interested in trading kits, or the animal resources, as I enjoy trying to hunt down specific needs, but seeing as I don't really want to deal with surveying and dealing with multiple planet flora needs.... Why not create a Flora Exchange....?

Just an idea.... I tend to travel off-planet quite often - mostly Naboo, Corellia, and Rori right now....

It's a good idea dl, hopefully you'll get something started with this. Personally, I also had Survey 4 perhaps a week before the patch, but dropped all of artisan for points for Fencer. Now it seems I could have used it to find Talusian Wild Oats, which, as far as my current lack ofskill, word of mouth, and the bazaar are concerned, doesn't even exit. I'll just worry about making kits someday when I luck across the materials, I figure.
