Yup, read the directions. You have to be able to track, not follow a waypoint, to be a ranger. As you progress, it will get easier, as your skill gets better you will get range and direction.

You need to learn tracking I for direction...


As a novice Ranger, areatrack give you only what is near you (i think about 500mt - not sure), nothing else

and you don't get distance until tracking 3.... tracking 2 gives you NPC tracking (with direction). I love that I can find a sign by looking on the ground for signs of passage... and h\ow about those fast moving weapon shops too... I track animals and I get shops.... too funny... I am hopint tracking 3 will pay off though...


I would LOVE to see the window come up and be able to refresh without having to close the window and start all over every few minutes ..... hmmm..... :-)

I am a novice Ranger, and when I use Area Track on Animals I get a list of animals I can track and when I click on one I want to track nothing happens. Am I missing something here?
