The time is slightly variable(I believe) based on the quality of the components used(same rule definitely applies to max experience you can earn). But I've never seen a camp last longer than just a couple of minutes over an hour no matter how well the kit was constructed.

Auto Abandon time for a camp is two minutes, even if it's a high tech field base.

All of my Ranger camps, regardless of materials used, lasted 50 minutes and 50 seconds on the dot.

Wow, you actually sat and timed your camps??

Just to clarify - Ki Gon's total is if you are sitting there the whole time.

Ypiana's is if you leave the camp and go do something else (or get into combat).

Yes, I actually sat and paid my dues, timing my camps, all the way up to Master Ranger...

No I did not time every camp I made and used, but I timed a few of each type so I could get an idea of the duration. It gave me something to do while I sampled and foraged and played with my pets and crafted and chatted with friends and all number of other things.

It is really not that hard to do either. Just go to options and set your chat to timestamp. That will log every action you do.

Does anyone know the auto disband times for the Ranger Camps?

Right now all I have access to is the High Quality Camp(Novice). If you could tell me the times for the otheres, that would be great too!!!!

I'm assuming they are all about 1 hour .. I had a field base up and I believe it was around an hour when it auto disbanded .. I haven't timed them though.

I'm sure it's been talked about before .. but I think as long as you are active in your camp, it should stay up. XP still caps out at same time and same amount.

Not impuning all of you who sat and timed a camp. I never camped much for campings sake, instead I think I actually used 90% of mine on hunting trips. The group would use it to heal, entertain, craft....whatever and I got the xp. The 10% that I "camped" in, I did because I was near a level and I have no patience. Pop camp and craft, or do something. Once I was bored, I would disband and move on. I think I figured or read 20 mins was about right, so every 20 mins I would disband and pop a new camp.

Anyhow, thats a moot pt, as my xp for camping days are gone.
