I've been on Lok a while and been searching like crazy...but where can you find domesticated meat on Lok? I've never seen anything that has doemsticated meat...and the only domesticated animals I know of are Nym's Gurks and Kusaks....The Gurks have their normal meat..the Kusaks I can't even harvest :/

Anyone know where to find this resource??

Good question. Many crafting professions have had the samequestion about schematics that require milk or eggs, or other forms of "unobtainium".

Have you searched lairs on Lok? Sometimes you can find items (i.e. milk and eggs) in lairs. Perhaps domesticated meat too.

While I like the concept of camo kits, having them use non easily obtainable ingredients is really a detriment. I now need to be an artisan (i.e. to harvest wheat, etc...) to be a self sufficient ranger. This doesn't seem to be quite right...

The only animals that have domesticated meat that I know of are NPC domesticated pets. I've only been on Lok a few times, but I don't remember seeing any NPC encampments with domesticated pets... but if there are, then you should be able to find the meat.

Seems rather difficult to obtain if that's the case.

no this kit is unmakeable. the only domesticated [pet type mob] is domesticated gurks{Nym} and Nym Kusaks. the Nym gurks drop Herb and the Kusacks cannot be harvested at all althought examine places their meat as Carvinvor.

Here's an idea that makes as much sence as SOE's requirments for these kits. Lets make the Nmy droidekas's harvestable and drop the meat

- 7 of the 34 creatures we can create are untamable by anyone (bugged)

Potential Energy: 30%

Decay Resistance: 10%

Unit Toughness: 10%

... the problem? None of the resourcesrequired even have a Unit Toughness statistic so a big fat ZERO gets figured into the equation.

This is inaccurate. Logical, but not true. I was kind of thinking the same thing butit didn't seem right. But this is how I know. I have a habit of "examine'ing creatures as I run by just to take a look. I checked out a humbaba on Corellia and it has domestic meat. It wasn't a pet nor did it belong to any NPCs.

As far as Lok goes, by everything I have heard, this does not exist.

If you have a kit for the planet, either /conceal or set up a hotkey. It will do it automatic like.
