Can a Non-ranger apply a camo kit they have purchased? I do alot of PvE and love maskscent's ability to delay my position being compromised, but can I use Camo as well? Thanks in advance

CM's are like nukes. You have them just incase you need them, but as soon as you start using yours the other guys start using theirs and everything goes to hell

Sorry, you need the /conceal skill granted at (Ranger) Wayfaring 1 to apply camo.
