Do you mean most gimpy combination? If so, then no. MR/MSL I think would be Most Gimped Combo Ever.

Just kiddin, of course. I think MR + <your favorite combat profession> is the way to go. If you can make Pikeman work for you, then by all means!

Plus, a walking stick is a very rangery weapon. OK, nightsister lances aren't exactly walking sticks, but you catch my drift...

I keep wanting to try pike just cuz it seems so cool. But everyone tells me its bad and pointless. (Pikeman: the only class that could drop their weapon and miss the ground.)

I was a rifleman but soon I'll begin working on heavy swordsman. I have a MHS/Doc on corbantis and wow, I can solo almost anything within reason. Including the geo caves, doctor helps that a lot but I'll have some medic with my MHS/MR guy.

As soon as you think some profession is cool, you should run with it. The ease with which we can switch our professions (Well, not necessarily easy, but you know whatI mean...) should encourage this kind of thing. Grab a pike and GO!
