Just read the "upcoming patches" statement on Stratics.com........All the info for what's happening right up to publish 11, not a word about any Ranger improvements

And after publish 11, space expansion is apparently going to be shipped, so I guess they'll just be concentrating all efforts on that

I have had to leave the Ranger profession, after waiting for improvements publish after publish and not getting anything, the last straw came when they nerfed our camps to nothingness.

I love the Ranger profession and hope to return when is is updated, this is also the friendliest board on these forums.

Hehe, sorry to keep ragging on you SirVimes, but 'hey that's cool' stuff just isn't going to cut it. We said 'hey that's cool' to /areatrack, and to the changes and additions we were promised way back in the stone age. After all the waiting and holding on to the class, aesthetic fluff added as an afterthought will not do the trick.

You'll also note that there are very few mentions of planned changes to any professions, and you'll also note (in the latest developer's letter to the community) that profession improvements generally fall into the category of "mini-publishes," of which one is planned after each "big publish" but none of which are actually detailed yet. Just because they haven't specifically planned improvements to our profession doesn't mean we won't get them, it just means there won't be an major publishes which center on rangers.
